MindKit-EM SDK Maintenance Program

Licensee shall be entitled to participate in the MindKit-EM SDK Maintenance Program at no charge for a period of one year following the delivery of the first Kit under the MindKit-EM SDK License Agreement. Licensee may renew its participation in the MindKit-EM SDK Maintenance Program at any time for an annual fee of $1,500, payable on or before each yearly anniversary.

The Maintenance Program provides:

  • Technical support with 24 hour email response. Technical support can be reached at support@neurosky.com.
  • Kit update releases
  • Access to developer page with design examples, FAQ’s and tips
  • Repair or replacement of a defective Kit through NeuroSky’s RMA process, as in effect at such time.

MindKit-EM SDK Update Releases:

During the time that Licensee is participating in the MindKit-EM SDK Maintenance Program, Licensee shall be notified when new Kit updates or releases are available for download via FTP or the NeuroSky website, or via a CD sent to the Licensee. NeuroSKy’s technical support team will respond to technical questions based on the latest updates and releases. Licensee must move to the latest release to receive bug fixes and or new features.

Warranty coverage:

During the period of Licensee’s participation in the MindKit-EM SDK Maintenance Program, NeuroSky shall replace all defective components of the Kit through the Company’s RMA process in effect at such time. To initiate the RMA process, Licensee must contact NeuroSky at support@neurosky.com.
